Join the Dear Roots Loyalty Program and turn every purchase into loyalty points and rewards — because loyalty matters!
It’s a customer loyalty system where you earn loyalty points for every purchase or other completed actions. These points can later be redeemed for discounts or gifts.
Simply create an account in our online store and make sure you're logged in when performing any actions that earn loyalty points.
Loyalty points are awarded for the following actions:
- Creating an account: 100 loyalty points.
- Shopping: 2 points for every €1 spent.
- Big purchases: Spend €100 and receive an additional 50 points.
- Referring a friend: Invite a friend using your unique link. Once they make a purchase, both of you receive 100 points.
- Product reviews: Earn 50 points for each approved review.
- Birthday gift: If you’ve added your birthdate in the loyalty program, you'll receive 150 points on your birthday.
- Following us on Instagram: Follow us on Instagram via the link in the Loyalty Program section while logged into your account – receive 40 points.
- We reserve the right to change these point-earning campaigns without prior notice, so we recommend checking your account for the most up-to-date information.
Loyalty points are valid for 180 days from the day they are earned.
You can cover up to 50% of your order total by converting your loyalty points into a discount.
You can check your loyalty points balance in your account, under the "Loyalty Program" section.
You can use your accumulated points to pay for your purchases – simply convert your loyalty points into a discount coupon in the "Loyalty Program" section of your account before checkout. You can also do this during your order, directly in your shopping cart.
Once converted, the coupon is valid for 1 month and cannot be restored after it expires.
Unfortunately, at this time loyalty points cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
